‘What Happy People in the world do?’

Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. – Dalai Lama

There are two types of people in the world: those who choose to be happy, and those who choose to be unhappy. Contrary to popular belief, happiness doesn’t come from fortune, fame, material possessions, or other people. Rather, it comes from within. The richest person in the world could be miserable, while a homeless person could be walking around with a spring in every step. Happy people are happy because they make themselves happy. They maintain a positive outlook on life and remain at peace with themselves.

The question is: how do they do that?

It’s quite simple. Happy people have good habits that enhance their lives. They do things differently. Ask any happy person, and they will tell you that they …

Don’t hold grudges.

Happy people understand that it’s better to forgive and forget than to let their negative feelings crowd out their positive feelings. Holding a grudge has a lot of detrimental effects on your wellbeing, including increased depression, anxiety, and stress. Why let anyone who has wronged you in the past have power over your wellbeing? If you let go of all your grudges, you’ll gain a clear conscience and enough energy to enjoy the good things in life.

Treat everyone with kindness.

Did you know that it has been scientifically proven that being kind makes you happier? Every time you perform a selfless act, your brain produces serotonin, a hormone that eases tension and lifts your spirits. Not only that, but treating people with love, dignity, and respect also allows you to build stronger relationships.

See problems as challenges.

The word “problem” is never part of a happy person’s vocabulary. A problem is viewed as a drawback, a struggle, or an unstable situation while a challenge is viewed as something positive like an opportunity, a task, or a dare. Whenever you face an obstacle, try referring to it as a challenge.

Express gratitude for what they already have.

There’s a popular saying that goes something like this: “The happiest people don’t have the best of everything; they just make the best of everything they have.” You will have a deeper sense of contentment if you count your blessings instead of yearning for what you don’t have.

Dream big.

People who get into the habit of dreaming big are more likely to accomplish their goals than those who don’t. If you dare to dream big, your mind will keep itself in a focused and positive state.

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

Happy people ask themselves, “Will this problem matter a year from now?” They understand that life’s too short to get worked up over trivial situations. Letting things roll off your back will definitely boost your happiness.

Speak well of others.

Being nice feels better than being mean. As fun as gossiping is, it usually leaves you feeling guilty and resentful. Saying nice things about other people encourages you to think positive, non-judgmental thoughts.

Never make excuses.

Benjamin Franklin once said, “He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.” Happy people don’t make excuses or blame others for their own failures in life. Instead, they own up to their mistakes and, by doing so, they proactively try to change for the better.

Get absorbed into the present.

Happy people don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future. They savor the present. They let themselves get immersed in whatever they’re doing at the moment. Stop and smell the roses.

Wake up at the same time every morning.

Have you noticed that a lot of successful people tend to be early risers? Waking up at the same time every morning stabilizes your circadian rhythm, increases productivity, and puts you in a calm and centered state.

Avoid social comparison.

Everyone works at his own pace, so why compare yourself to others? If you think you’re better than someone else, you gain an unhealthy sense of superiority. If you think someone else is better than you, you end up feeling bad about yourself. You’ll be happier if you focus on your own progress and praise others on theirs.

Choose friends wisely.

Misery loves company. That’s why it’s important to surround yourself with optimistic people who will encourage you to achieve your goals. The more positive energy you have around you, the better you will feel about yourself.

Never seek approval from others.

Happy people don’t care what you think of them. They follow their own hearts without letting naysayers discourage them. They understand that it’s impossible to please everyone. Listen to what people have to say, but never seek anyone’s approval but your own.

Take the time to listen.

Talk less; listen more. Listening keeps your mind open to others’ wisdoms and outlooks on the world. The more intensely you listen, the more your mind eases, and the happier you become.

Nurture social relationships.

A lonely person is a miserable person. Happy people understand how important it is to have strong, healthy relationships. Take the time to see and talk to your family, friends, and significant other, and you’ll feel better about yourself.

Meditate.

Meditating silences your mind and helps you find inner peace. You don’t have to be a zen master to pull it off. Happy people can silence their minds anywhere and anytime whenever they need to calm their nerves.

Eat well.

Junk food makes you sluggish, and it’s difficult to be happy when you’re in that kind of state. Everything you eat directly affects your body’s ability to produce hormones, which will dictate your moods, energy, and mental focus. Be sure to eat foods that will keep your mind and body in good shape!

Exercise.

Studies have shown that exercise raises happiness levels just as much as Zoloft does. Exercising also boosts your self-esteem and gives you a higher sense of self-accomplishment.

Live minimally.

Happy people rarely keep clutter around the house because they know that extra belongings weigh them down and make them feel overwhelmed and stressed out. Some studies have concluded that Europeans are a lot happier than Americans are, which is interesting because they live in smaller homes, drive simpler cars, and own fewer items.

Tell the truth.

Lying stresses you out, corrodes your self-esteem, and makes you unlikeable. The truth will set you free. Being honest improves your mental health and builds others’ trust in you. Always be truthful, and never apologize for it.

Establish personal control.

Happy people have the ability to choose their own destinies. They don’t let others tell them how they should live their lives. Being in complete control of one’s own life brings positive feelings and a great sense of self-worth.

Accept what cannot be changed.

Once you accept the fact that life is not fair, you’ll be more at peace with yourself. Instead of obsessing over how unfair life is, just focus on what you can control and change it for the better.

Dont Get Surprised, if you read “Get real besties here for $10/day” in the future

image

Technology is bringing lot of changes in the human lifestyle. In the last few decades, people used to listen to radio, then people started sitting in front of the tv and now we can see the family members sitting in the corners of the house, having whatsapp , facebook, insta, twitter right on their palms.
It is the same case in colleges and enterprises meanwhile in the breaktime, and even the late night goes just like that. Participation of the other people in life has become very less. People are becoming seperated from the existing society around them and they’re trying to get involved in the social world, where they can establish their self defined personality, they can choose the people, topics to be around, independently.
Its all is a good change which leads towards the happy life, leaving the cons aside.

Looking at the way life is moving ahead, in the future, it might happen that, people will be buying the ‘Conversations with the real people’. You might see advertisements saying that, “Get dinner with real people in our restaurant. More friendly people are available to share your table!”  You might see shops like internet cafe, saying that, get in and meet real people who can act as your real besties. Share your thoughts and feelings face to face with them.” Due to this psychologiest will be in demand!
It might sound funny or weird to read it at this moment. But it will happen, because as people are not spending time with people in their real life, it will be hard to find the besties. Remember the days when internet was not in use that much? People were more  attached to other people. The society of people was the need of the person. Today everyone is tending towards independnce. People doesnt like interference of other people.
It is just the start, that people are trying to find the trust, relationships and sometimes love on the internet. In future it will be the only world. Change is good, it is the only constant thing you can see throughout the life!

‘A Transparent House’

image

In this 21st century, every minute we are getting connected with upgraded gadgets. Technology is adding many new features to them. We all have many electronic things at house. In this century we have exchanged old things with LED TV,AC/fan,Lights,microwave, and many more useful and decorative things inside our house. But wall and roof structure is same for centuries. Why not to make it digital?
You must have been heard or seen the transparent security doors. To go through that, it will ask for some id or your face will be the identity or key to it. Why not to make entire wall like that? Why not to make all walls transparent and secure like that security door? Mmm…ok you want privacy, then you can add some wallpaper to that. Infact you can change colour of your wallpaper at any time and many times!

image

Magnetic field can be used to oppose to dust or any unauthorised things coming from outside. So to build house like this, you only need physical pillars and beams for multi storey building, and nothing else. You can easily change arrangement of rooms, you can modify it just by doing few gestures in front of your wall! You can change colour of a building digitally from inside and outside as well.
It will help us to reduce the damage to the earth. It will be harmless in earthquake situations! And it will be of long term and more secure than regular houses. Not any road thief can break that security, it will require a special team of hackers to break it. It will save a lot of money, as you will only need to buy that landscape.

image

This house will look normal from outside, even though its having digital wall. It will allow you to enter into the house from any side, any wall. If your place has beach side or valley side then you can remove any wall for some time.
If many friends or guests come at home, you can modify your rooms to them! You will be able to make windows anywhere on the walls, so ventilation will be better. Curtains will be outdated! Even cars can also use this technology for their outer body!
I hope this technology will be used everywhere on the earth, to save the earth!

“Why Every Time ‘PLAY’, Lets ‘REWIND’..!!”

image

Today, in the morning “UNDO” button saved my very important information on computer. Thanks to ‘undo’ technology. Then a thought came into my mind, if computer technology is playing that much of important role in human life, then why not ‘undo’ is possible in real life?
Suppose, I am trying to fix few things in a room. I have thrown a pillow on couch and i want to put it on another place, so i just made a rewind to it,pillow come into my hand back again! It will be fun to fight with friends like this, isnt it? lolz..

image

I just tried to make it possible. I made a video of throwing a pillow on couch and made that video to play in reversed direction. Then what i found is..
it might be possible in two ways. Either a human hand should get that much of power or a pillow! But I dont want to make that pillow look like a gadget and even dont want to put some gadget weight on human body.
What if we make a special room, where every air particle is of some bit value. It should get some uniquely identifying value,by using which we can control the movement of each and everything in that room!

image

We can use sensors, camera, computers and some magnetic power technology inside the wall. Which will capture the gestures of a human body, and by processing it with written algorithms, it will move the things with magnetic power!
So, whenever you enter into the room, you can move curtains aside just by using your hands gesture. You can pull the chair to sit by hands gesture. You can take the tv remote directly in hand by sitting on the chair.
And while leaving the room, you can just rewind everything, which will make the room as it was before! Even it will put the dust particles back to your shoes!
