Paddling the Life!!

Always paddle under water and keep calm on the surface!

There is always a returning force when you think, speak or act you may modify but you cannot eradicate!

Whatever you put out in the Universe is what comes back to you.. So if you want is Happiness, Peace, Love, Friendship… Then you should BE Happy, Peaceful, Loving and a True Friend!

Life doesn’t just HAPPEN, it requires our participation as we are one with the Universe, both inside and out. Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state.

So, BE yourself and surround yourself with what you want to have in your Life.

Whatever you refuse to accept, will still continue for you.

If what you see is an enemy, or someone with a character trait that you find to be negative, then you yourself is not focused on a higher level of existence.

Remember, “Wherever you go, there you are!

To GROW in Spirit, it is you who must change and not the people, places or things around you.

The only given to you in your life is YOURSELF and that is the only factor you have control over.

So, whenever there is something wrong in your life, there is something wrong in you, because we mirror what surrounds us and what surrounds us mirrors us; this is a Universal Truth.

So, you must take responsibility of what is in your life.

Everything in the Universe is connected. Past-Present-Future they are all connected…Each step leads to the next step and so on. But someone must do the initial work to get a job done.

Neither the first step nor the last are of greater significance, as they both are needed to accomplish the task.

The true value of something is a direct result of the energy and intent that is put into it.

You can not think of two things at the same time. When your focus is on Spiritual Values, it is impossible for you to have lower thoughts such as greed or anger.

If you believe something to be true, then sometime in your life you will be called upon to demonstrate that particular truth!

Looking backward to examine what was, prevents us from being totally in the NOW MOMENT.

Old thoughts, old patterns of behavior, old dreams prevent us from having new ones.

History repeats itself until we learn the lessons that we need to change our path.

True joy follows doing what you’re supposed to be doing, and waiting for the reward to come in on its own time!

‘What Happy People in the world do?’

Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. – Dalai Lama

What-Happy-People-In-The-World-Do.jpg

There are two types of people in the world: those who choose to be happy, and those who choose to be unhappy. Contrary to popular belief, happiness doesn’t come from fortune, fame, material possessions, or other people. Rather, it comes from within. The richest person in the world could be miserable, while a homeless person could be walking around with a spring in every step. Happy people are happy because they make themselves happy. They maintain a positive outlook on life and remain at peace with themselves.

The question is: how do they do that?

It’s quite simple. Happy people have good habits that enhance their lives. They do things differently. Ask any happy person, and they will tell you that they …

Don’t hold grudges.

Happy people understand that it’s better to forgive and forget than to let their negative feelings crowd out their positive feelings. Holding a grudge has a lot of detrimental effects on your wellbeing, including increased depression, anxiety, and stress. Why let anyone who has wronged you in the past have power over your wellbeing? If you let go of all your grudges, you’ll gain a clear conscience and enough energy to enjoy the good things in life.

Treat everyone with kindness.

Did you know that it has been scientifically proven that being kind makes you happier? Every time you perform a selfless act, your brain produces serotonin, a hormone that eases tension and lifts your spirits. Not only that, but treating people with love, dignity, and respect also allows you to build stronger relationships.

See problems as challenges.

The word “problem” is never part of a happy person’s vocabulary. A problem is viewed as a drawback, a struggle, or an unstable situation while a challenge is viewed as something positive like an opportunity, a task, or a dare. Whenever you face an obstacle, try referring to it as a challenge.

Express gratitude for what they already have.

There’s a popular saying that goes something like this: “The happiest people don’t have the best of everything; they just make the best of everything they have.” You will have a deeper sense of contentment if you count your blessings instead of yearning for what you don’t have.

Dream big.

People who get into the habit of dreaming big are more likely to accomplish their goals than those who don’t. If you dare to dream big, your mind will keep itself in a focused and positive state.

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

Happy people ask themselves, “Will this problem matter a year from now?” They understand that life’s too short to get worked up over trivial situations. Letting things roll off your back will definitely boost your happiness.

Speak well of others.

Being nice feels better than being mean. As fun as gossiping is, it usually leaves you feeling guilty and resentful. Saying nice things about other people encourages you to think positive, non-judgmental thoughts.

Never make excuses.

Benjamin Franklin once said, “He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.” Happy people don’t make excuses or blame others for their own failures in life. Instead, they own up to their mistakes and, by doing so, they proactively try to change for the better.

Get absorbed into the present.

Happy people don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future. They savor the present. They let themselves get immersed in whatever they’re doing at the moment. Stop and smell the roses.

Wake up at the same time every morning.

Have you noticed that a lot of successful people tend to be early risers? Waking up at the same time every morning stabilizes your circadian rhythm, increases productivity, and puts you in a calm and centered state.

Avoid social comparison.

Everyone works at his own pace, so why compare yourself to others? If you think you’re better than someone else, you gain an unhealthy sense of superiority. If you think someone else is better than you, you end up feeling bad about yourself. You’ll be happier if you focus on your own progress and praise others on theirs.

Choose friends wisely.

Misery loves company. That’s why it’s important to surround yourself with optimistic people who will encourage you to achieve your goals. The more positive energy you have around you, the better you will feel about yourself.

Never seek approval from others.

Happy people don’t care what you think of them. They follow their own hearts without letting naysayers discourage them. They understand that it’s impossible to please everyone. Listen to what people have to say, but never seek anyone’s approval but your own.

Take the time to listen.

Talk less; listen more. Listening keeps your mind open to others’ wisdoms and outlooks on the world. The more intensely you listen, the more your mind eases, and the happier you become.

Nurture social relationships.

A lonely person is a miserable person. Happy people understand how important it is to have strong, healthy relationships. Take the time to see and talk to your family, friends, and significant other, and you’ll feel better about yourself.

Meditate.

Meditating silences your mind and helps you find inner peace. You don’t have to be a zen master to pull it off. Happy people can silence their minds anywhere and anytime whenever they need to calm their nerves.

Eat well.

Junk food makes you sluggish, and it’s difficult to be happy when you’re in that kind of state. Everything you eat directly affects your body’s ability to produce hormones, which will dictate your moods, energy, and mental focus. Be sure to eat foods that will keep your mind and body in good shape!

Exercise.

Studies have shown that exercise raises happiness levels just as much as Zoloft does. Exercising also boosts your self-esteem and gives you a higher sense of self-accomplishment.

Live minimally.

Happy people rarely keep clutter around the house because they know that extra belongings weigh them down and make them feel overwhelmed and stressed out. Some studies have concluded that Europeans are a lot happier than Americans are, which is interesting because they live in smaller homes, drive simpler cars, and own fewer items.

Tell the truth.

Lying stresses you out, corrodes your self-esteem, and makes you unlikeable. The truth will set you free. Being honest improves your mental health and builds others’ trust in you. Always be truthful, and never apologize for it.

Establish personal control.

Happy people have the ability to choose their own destinies. They don’t let others tell them how they should live their lives. Being in complete control of one’s own life brings positive feelings and a great sense of self-worth.

Accept what cannot be changed.

Once you accept the fact that life is not fair, you’ll be more at peace with yourself. Instead of obsessing over how unfair life is, just focus on what you can control and change it for the better.

Hello, My Planet is ‘The Internet’!

effective-communication.jpg

One Day The World Will Be Known By The Communication!

Yes! Today, I want to talk about the transformation of communication from the outer world to the inner world of human beings.

The communication is basically used to connect and share different kinds of data between multiple people. So, people started using letters, telephones and then internet to communicate. So if you see, communication is just like a cable or connection to connect two people. It started from communication between two people, where world wide web or Internet allowed us to connect multiple people at a time or in a real time.

Still by using the internet we were getting connected to each other from the outer side of a specific communicator or human. But the invention of the Facebook changed the definition of ‘communication’ itself dramatically.

Depositphotos_4441026_XS.jpg

The Facebook started to connect with each human being personally. It started wishing me on my every birthday and anniversary. It became my best friend. It’s indexing or structure is so powerful, that i can see the posts according to my mood(of course,by using my liked pages and posts!)

Facebook is just an example of how this communication world is connecting on emotional level of the human beings. Combination of the social media profiles, smartphone identification and many other things which we use on the internet, combination of all gives the unique identification sphere to every single human being, by which the person can be identified in this world!

The Network of Networks that is  ‘Internet’ has made very strong and deep network throughout the world, that in this well populated world, it is impossible to recognize the person who is not the part of the internet.

Looking at the transformation, if you can imagine, we are not living on the earth, but our existence is on the earth covering sphere called as “Internet”.   We don’t have to wait for a long, when this world will be known only by the “Communication”!

Dont Get Surprised, if you read “Get real besties here for $10/day” in the future

image

Technology is bringing lot of changes in the human lifestyle. In the last few decades, people used to listen to radio, then people started sitting in front of the tv and now we can see the family members sitting in the corners of the house, having whatsapp , facebook, insta, twitter right on their palms.
It is the same case in colleges and enterprises meanwhile in the breaktime, and even the late night goes just like that. Participation of the other people in life has become very less. People are becoming seperated from the existing society around them and they’re trying to get involved in the social world, where they can establish their self defined personality, they can choose the people, topics to be around, independently.
Its all is a good change which leads towards the happy life, leaving the cons aside.

image

Looking at the way life is moving ahead, in the future, it might happen that, people will be buying the ‘Conversations with the real people’. You might see advertisements saying that, “Get dinner with real people in our restaurant. More friendly people are available to share your table!”  You might see shops like internet cafe, saying that, get in and meet real people who can act as your real besties. Share your thoughts and feelings face to face with them.” Due to this psychologiest will be in demand!
It might sound funny or weird to read it at this moment. But it will happen, because as people are not spending time with people in their real life, it will be hard to find the besties. Remember the days when internet was not in use that much? People were more  attached to other people. The society of people was the need of the person. Today everyone is tending towards independnce. People doesnt like interference of other people.
It is just the start, that people are trying to find the trust, relationships and sometimes love on the internet. In future it will be the only world. Change is good, it is the only constant thing you can see throughout the life!

‘BRIDGE BETWEEN THE REAL WORLD AND VIRTUAL WORLD’

image

Well, after a short interval of time, i am back here!
Today, i was walking on a crowded street, and was using facebook simultaneously on my tablet. I just wondered, technology has made such a drastic change in human life. Technology is cascading this real world with virtual world.
If you look few decades back, it was a complete real world. And in this cascading phase we’re leaving real world for the new, attractive looking virtual world.
People uses social media sites, they keep exchanging messages in a huge amount of size. So we’ve got a seperate virtual or the internet world, which makes an individual less available in the real world. People communicate less when they meet in real.
Now there is need to bridge these two world, to maintain human presence in the real world. Instead of liking the pictures of a person on social sites, i would like to see people walking on the street, waving hands, smiling at each other. I would like to see guys playing on the grounds.

image

It would be interesting, if people can click ‘Like’ on each other while walking besides. It would be fun if people can exchange restricted smileys or comments just like whatsapp allows us. It would be more interesting to see stats on players head while playing! When player enters on the ground, people can directly click ‘Like’ on him/her, which will make audience more active in the stadium.
May be for this, you’ll require some lenses or glasses. May be mobiles or watches can play a major role in this concept to project the things. Recognisation concept, messengers, social sites together can help to build these kind of concepts.
I would like to see these kind of bridging things in a decade of time.

The SECRET behind the success of FACEBOOK!

image

FACEBOOK is the 21st century’s most dominating and fastest grown company.
An American computer programmer and Internet entrepreneur Mark Elliot Zuckerberg, one of five co-founders of the social networking website Facebook is the star of this company.
In the last decade of 20th century companies like GOOGLE,YAHOO were ruling the internet. Even in the next decade. In between that FACEBOOK has been entered in Feb 2004. Although GOOGLE is still the biggest company, but it looks like that facebook is going to overcome it in next few years.
The main reason behind it is that, the difference between the working of these sites. Database of both of these companies is huge. Still if you look closely to the GOOGLE, when you try to search something on web, it uses filters such as, it provides information from the previous searches of that specific user. User exits from GOOGLE after getting the desired result.
Whereas, FACEBOOK gets user’s information from the pages that specific user has liked, the posts he/she has liked and the other information as music and other interests. And it gives the next option to user according to their age group like 18-35, which engages users more on it!
Even the availability for advertisements is more on facebook, which makes facebook the stronger contender of this competition.
According to the Mark Zuckerberg, in the future, FACEBOOK is going to work on artificial intelligence, telepathy, and virtual reality. I will not be surprised to see teleportation implementation in FACEBOOK.  It has the tremendous calibre to change the future! It looks most promising part of social media in the future as well. So lets get ready to see the brighter future of human beings more engaged with the FACEBOOK!

‘A bigger than china wall is Found!’

image

I was just wondering about the loneliness of people these days. Why people are feeling more lonely at this stage of earth, where population is continuously increasing!
Is it that, people live in between the walls only? Ofcourse not..you can see loads of people and traffic on the roads. Are there any invisible walls, those are making people feel lonely, restricting people to see and connect with others?
Yes!! There is invisible wall around each and everyone of us! And that wall is nothing but the wall of rules and restrictions.

image

At the initial era of human beings, thousands of years ago, people were able to see the world as a whole. The entire world was viewed as a family, even though transportation wasnt good at that time. The first wall in human beings history was of ‘selfishness’ or the feeling of owning something like landscape or food, which created a smaller wall seperating people from each other. That was just the beginning.
In next few eras, that wall around everyone was made taller by ‘religion’. I think the religion is nothing but the set of rules or the way of living of a specific group. But when multiple religions were made, it created the taller wall around every person. As everyone was bound in those rules of a specific religion, the world started to get divided in groups.

image

Then with the different eras, this  wall started getting taller with different skin colour, job types, maritual status and many things like that. There was an era of kings, when power was everything. Then different cuntries, states, cities, villages were created. Then bigger family size started to became smaller.
And now this is the era of technological growth, where things started to work on bits 1 and 0. It helped people to make other walls smaller, but built such a tall wall around us, which made people to feel alone in this world!
Technology allowed us to see the world in a larger view, but made everyone feel alone! By using social sites we reach to the thousands of people and friends, but people are getting less time to meet friends in real.
As education teaches or develops the brain to think in a specific direction, which makes a person to behave or react in a specific manner. In this generation, since childhood everyone is involved with this technology, every kid uses smarphones, video games, computer, etc. Which develops their brain for copy, paste and delete functions. Technology teaches them to accept new things every second and to delete the previous ones! And it is applied in their real life as well.

image

People send friend request and becomes friends in a second and for small argument they use delete/unfriend button as well. People get bored after few chats on social sites and they go for new friends, new things. It shortens the relationships. People have got so much busy on computers, they dont get time to meet anyone in real.
So this makes an individual world, in which only a person is there, with the machines only. Without spending time with people in real, it is not possible to built the trust. So people are not able to be dependant on anyone. They are not getting real friends, as they are busy with playing in virtual world.
So, this technology has built the tallest wall around everyone of us, which is restricting from the view of real world. Relationships are the oxygen to the human beings. But because of this heighted wall around us, it is getting difficult to take oxygen from outside the wall.
We should come out of these walls, and by standing on it, look around the world. Meet the people in real. Go and shout in real for friends!!
